This hour-long conversation brings together a remarkable group of voices across three cohorts: rising students entering the field, early-career professionals shaping it now, and educators and experts mentoring the next generation. Together, they’ll share what’s getting in the way, what’s making the difference, and what it looks like to build a more equitable workforce in nursing, STEM, and public service.

This panel marks the official launch of our 2026 scholarship applications.
