Digital Rights, Likeness Protection & AI Use Policy

This policy outlines how IHSE protects the intellectual property, digital content, and likeness usage associated with the Institute and its founder, Dr. Sherri Johnson.

1. Intellectual Property Rights

All IHSE content—research briefs, policy reports, frameworks, models, graphics, publications, and training resources—is protected under copyright law.

No content may be:

2. Likeness & Persona Protection (Founder’s Rights)

The name, image, likeness, voice, and persona of Dr. Sherri Johnson may not be:

  • Digitally recreated
  • Simulated using AI
  • Cloned as an avatar
  • Incorporated into training data
  • Used for endorsements or representations

without express written consent.

3. AI Use Restrictions

The following are explicitly prohibited:

  • Web scraping
  • Automated data extraction
  • Machine learning ingestion
  • AI dataset creation
  • Reuse of IHSE content in generative AI tools
4. Policy for Downloadable Resources

All PDF downloads, briefs, and toolkits are restricted to personal or professional non-commercial use. Redistribution or AI reuse is not allowed.

5. Enforcement

IHSE may pursue:

  • Takedown requests
  • Removal from AI datasets
  • Legal action
  • Licensing enforcement

against unauthorized users.
